Join the Northeast Iowa Dairy & Agriculture Foundation for the 2024 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 11. The meeting will be held at Wilder Business Center on the NICC Calmar Campus starting at 9:00 am. The morning session will feature various speakers discussing strategies to maximize farm productivity and social media in agriculture followed by the annual meeting in the afternoon.
All interested in the Dairy & Agriculture Foundation and the event’s speakers are encouraged to attend. There is no cost, and lunch is provided. The event is made possible by generous support from community sponsors.

PRESENTERS
Brian Dougherty
Brian is a regenerative agriculture consultant for Understanding Ag and a student of soil. His roots are planted in Northeast Iowa, where he co-owned and operated a family dairy farm. He applies his passion for working with nature and his background as a farmer and agricultural engineer to help heal broken nutrient, water, and energy cycles, making regenerative food production a reality and making farming fun again.
Eric Fuchs
Eric Fuchs lives in Southeast Missouri on a diversified livestock operation where he raises hair sheep and contract grazes all classes of cattle. He has been using Holistic Planned Grazing for over eight years and has had a managed grazing system on his operation for more than 20 years.
Daniel Olson
Daniel Olson is a seventh-generation dairy farmer from Lena, WI. He is also the owner of Forage Innovations, a forage consulting business that works with over 700 thousand cows in 20 states. He is a busy speaker and writer who enjoys developing innovative solutions to challenges in agriculture.
Iowa Dairy Farmer, Dan Venteicher
Dan Venteicher, the "Iowa Dairy Farmer" is a social media sensation. He advocates for the dairy industry with truth and tact, capturing the hearts of millions with his educational and humorous Facebook, TikTok and Instagram posts. He dispels misinformation about dairy production and enjoys sharing his day-to-day life as a young farmer. With almost 3 million followers across all platforms, he is one of the most significant agricultural influencers and is the number one dairy influencer in the world. Along with a successful online business, Dan owns and operates Honey Creek Dairy, LLC with his brother, Don and is the fourth generation of their family to dairy farm. Dan is married to his wife, Jamie, of ten years and together, they have four young children.
